What gear/rpm you guys cruise through town 45-55 km/h and cruise at 80 100 km/h I know these bikes like top end just wondering how you guys roll

It depends on your gearing.

RPM's can vary with your gearing.

Or you just asking to see if people sit in lower gears?

50km/h = about 31mph
90km/h = about 56mph

i usually stay around 4500rpm's just cruising so which ever gear that corresponds to.

I run between 5 an 6 is that bad for gas mileage or the bike

I try to stay within the 4000-5000 range when just cruising the town, I think that corresponds to about 3rd gear. On the highways I almost always run 6th gear at 6 grand which gives me 120 kph. That will change slightly as the PO has 16/46 on the bike, and my new chain and sprocket kit when back to stock gearing of 16/44.
