hey i was wondering, if i could put a 2006 front fairing piece and tailsection on my 97 600.. anyone know how to or could help i appreciate it

are you trying to change the body or front end (triples, forks,etc.)? The front end can be straight swapped. Would need forks, triples, wheel, brakes, fender, pretty much everything. To do the body swap... nothing is going to line up, you will have to make youre own fairing stay brackets or modify the ones you have. None of the mounting points will line up. Use the search feature, body swaps and front end swaps have been talked about on here countless times.

I bought a replica gsxr1000 front from infraredracing.com and Im also planning on doing the tail swap too if I get the parts needed for it.
