Has anyone purchased the levers from china or where ever they come from over there? I want to know how good the installation went and if the levers fit good or did you have to modify them to fit?

No shit... we bought a large billet of steel from a chinese supplier to machine a new capstand for a wire draw. Half way through the turning, we started hearing a noise. Got to looking and the billet wasn't one piece. It was junk, so we started cutting. There was a 4 cylinder engine block encased inside the billet that hadn't melted before they made the pour. It was so nasty, that once you got to a certain point, you could actually knock the steel away and see the rusted surface of the block.

Cliff Notes - you get what you pay for and those chinese knock off levers are "hit and miss". You may get some that are great with no issues...and your shit might lock up at any given time (if you can even get them installed).
Spend your money on quality shit and support the people/vendors who support us.

I had them once. I had to modify the clutch lever to get it on. The adjuster would stick and they always pissed me off. Then I started hearing how some people had ones with voids in them and had them snap when using them or the brakes randomly locking up while they were riding. I have since then replaced them with a set os ASV levers and I'm never looking back.
Seriously, don't waste your money on them. Like said before, you might get a good set, or you might not. Why risk that? I'd rather ride knowing I have quality made (not to mention safe) material rather then hoping nothing goes wrong.
I got a pair of these for the track (see link). They're knock offs, but I rigged a couple of stress tests before putting them on and they proved their worthiness. They fit perfect, too.

We laid them side by side with a set of my buddies Pazzo's and the only difference was the decal on the Pazzo set. Hell, they even weighed the same. So I guess it's really a hit or miss.
So $40 isn't bad when in the end it could save you $110, or the batch that you get could be shit and you end up spending $200 total once you buy a set of real ones. Just your own choice. Lever's are levers. Now in other cases, I would never buy some Chinese knock off's.

Sometimes the differences are difficult to discern by naked eye alone. The brake actuator cam that pushes on the MC plunger can be off by a fraction of a millimeter, and even with the knock-off lever installed and you tottle around town, things can seem fine. Then out in the backroads or on the freeway, the braking system finally gets some heat into it, the fluid expands and your brakes lock up.

I searched for china cnc adjustable levers under 06/07 - gsxr 600/750 and did not find a thread. I look at it this way either I get the cheap knock offs mainly because they are cheap or I keep the stock levers on. I have no reason to spend around 150 on a pair of levers for quality when I have no experience with them and whether or not I would like them and if I didn't like them that would be a waste of 150 dollars or so compared to 40. I would also rather support my local shops around my area where I could benefit ten times more then just being another customer on a website ordering stuff. lol Thanks for the replys on what I exactly asked.
i ordered a set and have been riding with them for quite some time. maybe i'm one of those who got a good set. however, a friend of mine ordered the same ones i ordered but two weeks after and he still has his set. then another friend of ours bought the same set (different color) a week after him and then he went down and it just broke off. now, i can't say it's becaus they were cheap that they broke off when he went down however, you can make your own judgements aobut them. he since ordered a new set from where we got them from and is patiently awaiting. it's only halfway broken so he is still using it (disaster waiting to happen)
Just to play Devils Advocate here...... Does anyone here even know where Pazzo levers are manufactured? I'd certainly like to know if anyone has solid proof.
I will tell you one thing, I was on the alibaba site and saw the (Made in China) exact same copy as the Vortex gas caps, and the AD said that your "Logo" could be put on them.
Which brings me to another question.... Does anyone know where Vortex products are really made? I certainly don't, but you may get a hint of where I'm going with this.............
