Quickshifter

I have the understanding that newer gsxr models need the ignitionmodule to run a quickshifter from DJ.
Will the K3 handle it with only PCIII fuel module ?

Looks like 2000-2005 doesn't require the Ignition Module. :

Its possible it just applies for K1 to K4 since the K5 and K6 are the same

2005 and on has dual injectors i think
