Ok im screwed right now can anyone in the MA/RI area help, REplaced my chain, but i cant get the damn master link on ive struggeled with 3 of them, not even close...
Does anyone have a chain tool I can borrow for like an hour? Or maybe just a better idea how to get it on? Right now im out of commision.... I cant get the plate to slide over the 2 pins... HHHHEEELLLLPPPPPPPPP
PS I garage in Pawtucket RI
use a c-clamp and press it on. then put something steady behind it and use a hole punch to expand the pins. i always throw jb weld on cause im paranoid but its not needed. or you could go and by a master link with a clip. i assume your using one with a press fit master.
