wouldnt mind some knowledge from the melbournians out there, i want to paint my frame black on my k1 750, just curious if ill have troubles getting roadworthy or registered?

Powdercoat it, longer lasting & better looking.

nah, i just bought her, she had been dropped and got some fairing damage that im repairing, he didnt go through insurance so theres no record of damage and while im at it i might aswell do a paint job thats different, so yeah. not registered, no roadworthy cert yet either.

i dont see why it would be a problem...
most bikes come with colour frames now...
lots of black but also that hideous plus on new gsxrs...

i have no actual info on the subject but i dont think it would be a problem...
