Help with front brackets

I have a 2004 GSXR 1000. The prior owner stated that he bought it with garbage fairings so he bought new ones.

I'm looking at the fairings and they don't line up correctly I believe it's due to the jacked up front faring bracket that the windscreen connects to and the Side mirrors. Can someone please give me guidance on what the Speedo connects to and if there are two front brackets or just one.
The side mirrors are crooked the Left one makes a 40 degree angle but the right one goes straight out. This couldn't be correct could it?
All info would be appreciated

Re: Help with front brackets

there is only one fairing bracket which your headlight will screw on with two screws and your gauges should bolt to the top of the headlight. The mirrors dont sound like they are positioned right and your best bet is probably a used piece off ebay. Good luck

Re: Help with front brackets

ya it certainly looks like there is something wrong, your easiest route is to buy a new one (new or used) I saw one brand new last night for 100.00 including shipping on ebay

Re: Help with front brackets

Nah, it's pretty straight forward. I always have a harder time trying to remount the damn fairing.
