my gsxr 1000 06 throws black smoke please help

hi guys im wondering if someone can help me with my problem my bike throws black smoke and smells to much gas the only thing i know is that is a gas/air mix problem. if i dont keep it accelerating it kills alone the gas doesnt rinds like before please help me telling me how to fix it or the problem is thanks

too rich. Do you have any sort of power commander on the bike??

Have you recently had the airbox off? I had that problem and it idled like shit after replacing spark plugs. It also fouled my spark plugs in under 50 miles.

My problem was when I put the airbox back on I forgot to connect one of the vaccum hoses.

Same thing happened to me!!! Check your hoses.
