correct the make is sprint, but in the sprint catalogue it doesnt have a fitting kit listed and the kid in hein gericke recogns that it just bolts on the btm yoke somewere but i cant find were,

I'd suggest doing what Suzuki did for the RK in 1989. Drill a hole in the left lower frame/headstock brace and install a metric Riv-nut. Add a 43mm steering damper clamp to the left fork leg. Dozens of people make these... Then, bolt the damper between the two points and adjust it so the there is no binding between the various components and the damper doesn't bottom out in either direction.
