Been a long time lurker since I bought my first bike 07 GSXr 750 few years back. Now I just added another bike to the stable and I wanted to share it with everyone.

The ride is just beautiful compared to my 750cc. The 1K just feels solid on the road. Here are the pics.

BTW, Ive since taken off the chrome mirrors

left on by the previous owner and replaced them with the stock mirrors.

sell them to Guclu. He puts those Mickey Mouse ear mirrors on all his bikes

Thanks for the kind words Toofy...

I personally like the wheels as I have chrome wheels on my K7 750 also. It's a fact on this forum that not everyone likes chrome wheels, but you have to do to YOUR bike what YOU feel is best.

Just sold the black 750 this morning to a 58 yr old bike lover. Guy is pretty cool, and it's nice knowing that my bike will be going to someone that loves bikes. Kind of sad since I wasnt expecting it. Guy called me out of no where this morning and said he liked the ad. One hour later the bike was his.

Got a chance to ride her for 30 minutes before I finally let her go. After riding the 1K for past few days she feel very light and nimble. Im going to miss her. Last pic of the 750 in my possession, and me changing out the mirror on the 1K.

Looks good. The chrome wheels look good with the white paint scheme.

First thing I was thinking was get rid of the mirrors, glad you did.
