How do you feel about the 1 day eat all you want after about two weeks of good dieting.. I eat six times a day.. I eat really well. I have seen in a couple of sites that it is ok once a week to eat all you want! how do you guys feel about this?

Re: Diet Gurus ... a question?

Sure,Ive done it.If your set with your training and you know your diet in and out,a cheat day is actually hepful to get it out of your system. However if your just starting out(which your not) then I would strongly advise against any cheat meals till you have reached your desired b/f and fitness goals.

Also,if your not strong willed or disciplined with yourself, then one cheat meal could be the beginning of the end. Some people just can't stop once they start.Oprah comes to mind....
