Mount some minibike wheels on it with low profile tires.

Re: Please Help Lower My Gsxr!!!!!!!!!!!
Get the lower shock linkage custom fabbed to fit a '03 954RR rear shock,(spread 7mm at shock mount) move the batt box back in the subframe and mount the hondo shock. Then have the front half of your seat cut down about 50mm. That will give you 75mm total. The shock only measures about 10mm shorter, but if you unload the coil you get 25mm back at the axle.

Actually, I have some seat foam cut like that already and don't have any intention of using it.

Low profile tires (there is alot of room for play) and a swingarm extension (stretch) if you can find one.
