Since I have the bike apart and doing some routine maintenance I was thinking of separating a bunch of the electrical connectors and applying a type of conducting electrical grease. Any commercial products you can recommend. Dielectric grease any good? Clean them out first with electrical contact cleaner?? Thanks
The grease wont improve anything but it will keep water out. That being said any bike now a days should have some sort of weatherpack electrical connectors so even regular maint. doesnt have to be done. You could always do it but it shouldnt need to be done.. If it were me i'd just spray the contacts with wd-40, will clean contacts and remove water as well..
