Just a quick video of some races between a very fast car and two fast bikes. The Turbo 04 GSX-R is making 200-210 whp ~6.5 psi in this video, and is tuned for 10 psi w/pump gas and water injection if needed. The last dyno at 8.7psi w/race gas was 251whp.

sorry but that cobra is no where near 1000 hp and also the guy driving it cant drive for crap!. if it was a true 1000+ car he would have at a min keep side by side if not walked away from them. esp seeing i have done it in mine and im no where near 1000 hp..

Both of you guys crack me up. It's an HPP built TT Cobra that has in the past dyno'd 987whp, and most recently 1021whp. The driver made a 9.83 @ 151 pass on drag radials spinning through 1st and 2nd at a private track rental 2 weeks ago. The dude can drive, and the car is sick. If your <1000 WHP car is beating a turbo bike, I'd say there is something wrong with the bike. The last time these two guys raced, that TT Cobra pulled the bike, and it was at less than 4psi.

well from what it showed in that video.. he cant drive/ shift for crap..and if what you are saying is true and that car with him driving has run 9.83 spinning on drag radials... he should have at a min stayed side by with the bikes if not left them ..esp seeign they were already at a good roll and he didnt have to worry about spinning on the launch as much as from a roll... so.. the way the bikes left him on the video...either they are 7.00 sec bikes.. which i really doubt... or he cant drive for crap.. or the car isnt making that power..

unless the Cobra was geared for extreme top end speed, which judging by the info that we have regarding its quarter mile usage we can assume that it is not, a 1000 hp car should at least keep up with even a turbo bike, as long as it has traction. 9.8 ET's with 1021hp is not THAT good, especially not if he was running slicks or even drag radials. The bikes in question could probably be low 9 sec. bikes, possibly even high 8 second bikes depending on the rider.

Not really understanding why this is so hard to believe. A street car making 1000whp is not the same as a dedicated drag car. The Cobra owner has a fox body coupe, making 2-300whp less on spray, that his 03 Terminator, and is running 8's.

The Cobra doesn't look fast because look at the fuck what its racing. Like it was posted above, thats an HPP turbo kit, the smallest kit comes with twin 57mm turbos. Maxed out they put down about 950rwhp. If he is putting down more, they are 61mm or 67's and that is VERY possible. Don't forget, Mustangs are bricks to so thats very impressive.

Pay attention to the first vid to. There is one point where the car is spinning badly on the highway. It is either wheel hopping or he is peddling it but it is clearly spinning. That is one bad motha fuckin mustang

mi chums sn95 turbo 391 stroked mustang with full interior, air to water intercooler (yes carrying ice and water in trunk) putting 800+ hp through a P-glide, ran 8.80's with slicks. and I've seen plenty of street vids of him racing bikes from a roll and absolutely destroying them.

I think the bikes in that vid would have a disadvantage from a roll. Also that stang either is spinning a lot, has a terrible driver, or is does not have 1000+hp. something doesnt seem right.

if the stats are correct 200-210 hp bikes, what would they run??? low 9's high 8's they wouldnt pull away that hard from a 1000+ rwhp mustang.
