Mini or not?
Hey guys how is it goin? I had a question. I am in the market for a pocketbike because me and some of my friends are looking to start racing these little things here locally on Sundays if we can find a good lot that will give us permission to do so. But on that note what brands are good? I am looking at the following I can get this bike with the "performance package for around $350-400. http://www.minipocketrockets.com/rsr-mini-bike/ Anyone with any info or ideas or help me lead to a good dealer please let me know. Also anyone in my general area have any pocketbikes. Cause the more the marrier for when we start racing on Sundays.

Re: Mini or not?
Go with Blata or Polini.
The link you posted is for the China made pocket bikes and they are the biggest pieces of shit I've ever turned a wrench on.

Re: Mini or not?
Yea those cheapys are not the way to go... If your really looking to race them you want to go with a Blata mini moto. Blata is the dealer and biek to lok at it. Those china brands for 400$ have just a weed whacker motor on it with cheap parts. Once they break there done. I would look at Blata forsure if your serious about racing these. If your loooking to have fun and destroy one then go with the rsr

Re: Mini or not?
thanks guys I will give Frank a call. I am a college student so price is a little bit of an issue damn tuition fees. But I do understand you pay for what you get with quality. Looking to race for fun is what I am trying to achieve. And I live in Muncie/Anderson area. But have family all over Indiana. So I travel a lot around these parts.

Re: Mini or not?
Yeah, skip the Chinese junk. I bought a used Loncin mini to try my hand at mini supermoto racing. So far I regret it. The rear hub cracked, and I'm about to replace that. The kick starter is also acting up.
If I like the minimoto racing, I'll get the real deal so I can run in their spec class.
