busa false 6th

most busa owners know about the 6th gear fault with busa's... just to say i got the bike from brand new with castrol semi synth gps in it... i didnt run it in whatsoever and it burnt it like shit... also false 6th if i rode it easy id say one out of ten changes....
i moaned about it and the dealer changed the oil for more of the same...
so i decided to play myself....im not saying this is best thats best ect...just telling you what i found myself....everyones got their own ideas and labels stamped across their chests but here goes-if it helps someone..cool.

mobil 1 (the bike type) stopped the oil burning and reduced the shifting fault by half.
shell full synth....not the slightest difference at all.
rock oil....stopped the burning and most of the shifting faults...
granville....nah
castrol tried aghain as a test to see if things had changed at all through bedding in..nope burn and gear faults.
run of the mill carlube semi multifleet trade crap...good but not for over 1000miles...(just to see what it did)
putoline full synth..and semi....semi was crap but full was ok till bout 1000 miles again.
motul...see above ...same
castrol full synth....same as their semi..crap

then i tried silkolene full synth pro 4... i used to use it in the old gixxer11 i had and low n behold it cured it totaly....im constantly told full synth will shag the clutch but it hasnt yet and so what if it does..itl get another set of plates.
its been dragged all its life, done numerous continental runs, the pyranese and alps most years, dynos, donnington, mallory, brands, work, wheelies, roll ing burnouts ect and even THE RING and hasnt gone pop yet.....so if you get pissed by a box full of neutrals with that horrible toe blackening crunch when it selects something it didnt want..thats the answer id give...----havnt tried amsoil which u guys seem to favour coz aint got a supplier here local ish if atall so couldnt say...
