Problem with rotors w/ pictures.

Have a question about the rivets that hold the disc on the carrier. I noticed while putting my tire back on that my left rotor was "extremely" floating on the carrier and found this:

The spring washer (whatever it's called) that keeps the disc tight to the outside of the carrier is broke. More that half of them are like that, but only on the left rotor. I searched the garage floor and found no pieces of metal that would match the washer. This bike did go down on the left side but that was 2 years ago. I've been riding the ass out of it on race tracks like this! ! How bad is this? Should I get it replaced pronto?

Any help would be appreciated.
