H7 bulbs..

So i'm removing my HIDs cause they are a pain to get the wires just right to get around the damper and forks and still be able to set the fairing up right.

so i go buy regualr H7 and H9 bulbs. the H9 goes in perfect but the H7's prongs are to close together. I got bulb that the book calls for (K6 gsxr 600) am i missing something? i went back up and looked at other brand H7 bulbs and they are all the same size.

im going to call the stealership tomorrow and see whats up. but does anybody else have this problem?

Re: H7 bulbs..

Why don't you just get some wire and solder in an extension? HID's rock!

Re: H7 bulbs..

sorry man, but you might have to get a new adaptor...H7-->adaptor-->harness wire plug. it probably cost around $10. i think any of H7 bulb adaptor will work.
