Whats the best weight count and name brand oil to run in my 96 GSXR 750?

10w-40, or if it gets really hot where you live you can run 20w-50.

I like to run Mobile 1 4T Racing, but any JASO-MA oil is fine. Some will say you can even run car oil. Your call.

what is a better bet
synthetic or natural oil ???
i ride hard and she runs hot....(south africa hot )

Full synthetic and a coolant enhancer as well.
Aluminum fan blade or switch for fan wouldn't hurt either!
