Re: jet sizes ?

Factory... acording to my Clymer manual states 132.5 outsides and 130 inside. My dynojet kit has 132 outside and 130 inside. And so far has been a POS to tune right. Opt away from a Dynojet kit and go for the Factory Pro one if you you are going that route.

Re: jet sizes ?

90 5.0 is correct for a 98 though due to the red velocity stacks 97, 99 s/b as stated above.

I have an actual Suzuki manuel and it states that they are 125 main jets from the factory?

Why does the 98 have different jets?

Re: jet sizes ?

because of the gay red velocity stacks. If you switch to the aluminum rings like on the other models (97, 99-00) you will gain around 3hp.

I think my numbers are backwards above too. I'll have to check when I get home...............
