I went to a local dealer and checked her out, sweet bike. Looks damn good for a "newbie" bike. I actually thought it looked better than some of the 600s there. It was like $6000. I don't want to buy one new though, would be too scary dropping it, the paint/fairings are gorgeous. I wish I could find a used one. They also had a Ninja 500, good looking bike, no price on it though.

I'm going to get my permit tomarrow, then going to stop by the local Harley joint, see if they offer that Riders Edge program, so I can get riding ASAP!

No Rider's Edge near me, closest one is over 150m away. Looks like I'll send in my MSF app and pray for the best.
