K7 1K vs Big Bore Busa VS 900hp Supra
I know you guys hate roll on races, but oh well.
This is my K7 1000 VS my friend's single turbo Supra VS built Hayabusa.
My K7 has Racefit mega S/0 and -1,+2 520 gearing
Supra has 74GTS turbo 30.1psi of boost (made 813rwhp on this tune) VPC, GCC
Hayabusa with big bore built engine (1397cc), gearing, supporting mods.
Fun night! Chalk one another one up for the GSXR! hehe

Re: K7 1K vs Big Bore Busa VS 900hp Supra
The Busa owner was pissed, as you can tell by the smart ass commentary in the video. LOL
Its running great though. Its just hard for a Busa to pull away from a 140lb good rider on a K7 1000.
That Supra was starting to catch me though and we were nearing 160mph. Supras have ridiculous top end.

I love how busa and 14 owners always talk down to 1000 owners like they are the king of the road. Awesome video!

I'm sure that near 100 pounds of difference between the busa rider and the 1K rider made just a 'little' bit of difference. That 1K was quick as shit, for sure, but don't fool yourself, that stuff has nothing to do with being a good rider... only knowing when to click up another gear.
Yeah, I'll bet that busa owner was pissed, he got bitch slapped

Re: K7 1K vs Big Bore Busa VS 900hp Supra
JonVon is used to losing to 1000's. I always point out these kinds of videos when people bring up that the Busa is just sick fast. I always hear people that done ride saying they want a Busa. I always tell them that a liter is faster and they dont believe me so I pull up streetracingisnotacrime.com and show them. I dont know why people think these bikes are so amazing. They are big and ugly and slow as you can see from the video. I mean you can throw a nice turbo set up on one but they are still big and ugly lol.

K7 with 140 lbs rider on it
Busa with 230 lbs rider on it.
That's about a 200 lbs difference in gross weight between the 2 bikes + rider.......that's alot.

And he prob makes ~20 more hp and 20tq.
The Supra is a badass car too! It feels amazing in that car. I think it would catch me and pass me at about 160mph.

thats wild, that 1K is sick fast, wonder what would happen if the 1K driver rode the busa? Can the guy on the Busa ride?? just seems like he was in the wrong gear? Good runs none the less

JohnVon Busa guy is a good rider. He's just a big guy.
A friend of his also has a K7 1000 and they weigh the same, they raced and the K7 still came out on top.

time to put that Busa or the rider on a diet or just ditch the Busa and get a K7 to mod.

that's weird though b/c a busa has a faster quarter mile, higher top end, so i would naturally expect it to do better than the 1k. guess the big rider really messes with the pwr.

Its all power/weigh ratio guys. Many people think that the Busa and ZX14 are the kings of the road, but in reality I have never lost to any other bike. Including at the drag strip. These bikes have so much power its hard to get it all to the ground without looping the bike, its mainly the skills of the rider. I mean, I've even beaten turbo Busa's that made 100 more hp than I do at the drag strip. Its getting the power to the ground and knowing how to do so is where its at.
The busa should be around 180whp. I know I am nowhere near that, but the Busa is just such a damn heavy bike.

Re: K7 1K vs Big Bore Busa VS 900hp Supra
At the 1/4 mile, I have never lost to a n/a busa, and I weigh 240 lbs. My 01 1k has a slip on and a powercommander with an internet map. The bike is far from being a race preped drag bike.
