Brake Caliper compatibllity question????

....
Hi guys Im new to the Fourm & was hoping some of you that know more about Gsxr Compatiblity could answer this question for me ...
I have an 02 GSXR 750 that I want to put new Brake calipers on ...
The bike currently has a single disk, so I want a matching set of calipers..
to restore the bike to original 2-disk
Will the 6 piston Tokicos from a 98 750 fit ...?
What yr calipers are my bike compatible with so I can find something on ebay .....
Any help is greatly appreciated ..
Thanx in advance ..

First you need to use a bigger font, can't read squat in your post, other than that welcome to the forum, and hope you find lots of useful info.

Re: Brake Caliper compatibllity question????

Nope, -'99 750 calipers do not fit. Different mounting hole distance. The ones that will fit are '01-'03 600s, '00-03 750s (4-piston) and '01-'02 1000s (6-piston).

As for rotors, '97-'03 600s, '96-'03 750s, '01-'02 1000s, all TL1000S/Rs and all Hayabusas have the exact same ones - except for carrier color.

While you're at it, get some stainless steel braided brake lines and raise the bike back up to stock height so it will handle properly
