replaceing sparkplugs with stock or somthing else

What are the stock plugs 02 GSX-R 750, what should i replace them with another set of stock or somthing else?
what should I gap them at?
if you do suggest somthing else please tell me what is the diffrence and will they at least last as long as stock plugs? thanks a lot

I'd stay with NGK, the manual has the gap setting.

Denso came in my 750 stock i'll be swapping to NGKs when i change them.

Regular NGK's in mine, $CAN 5 each. No problem so far...

Ive been reading a lot of really good things about the denso iridium plugs lately. What I really think would boost the performance are some plug wires that glow? Ever watch those american chopper shows and they have the plug wires that light up....where can i get some of those?

why do you think that? those glow wires are for show.
