Movinig to texas in july but need help Houston and Dallas chime in and tell me the pros and cons

ive lived in both. Houston has a lot of shit to do, and mad ladys. but you will get shot and robbed....well i didnt get shot but i did get robbed twice...and a blood tryied to mug my friend...i say tryied cuz he ended up in a pool of what he was repping....but over all i had a blast in houston. just know the neighborhood..your in. and the smog sucks. o yea you can get shit cheap...real cheap..just dont ask how they got it..lol

now for dallas... not as much to do..lots of ladys still thu...not as many as h-town thu....but i havent got robbed or muged or shot..not as much gang shit..stay out of oak cliff thu.

dallas is good for day life
houston good for night life......dont trust any one and roll with a crew thu.

lol i donno were i would live if i had the choice again..lol
if it was a temp thing i would say h-town
long haul then dallas.

o yea ppl do not know how to dive in houston, you will see a lot of wreaks, i was thier for a year almost 2, and i had 4 of my friends wreck thier cars, and saw countless other wrecks. dallas streets are way safer..way safer

It cant get any worse then miami the gang stuff is bad down here also but the housing is so cheap in texas i cant pass up the chance.

congrats on moving to texas. i just moved to the dallas area from Atl. about 6 months ago . its not bad. theres less to do out here, but theres a whole lot less bad drivers

+1 Austin rocks, PLENTY of shit to do since it's got UT and plenty of clubs plus..... Live music capital of the world.

Houston sucks, I've lived there for 18 months and moved to Austin. Central TX is the best place to ride in TX. There are so many curves and great places to ride. Houston is so humid and rainy all year round and the traffic sucks. I've never been robbed or mugged in Houston.

I love Dallas but like others have said, there isn't much to do there if you are an active person. If you like bars and restaurants, then dallas is the place for you. Dallas traffic isn't as bad as Houston or Austin traffic. Austin traffic sucks the most.

Houston Has shitty traffic but so does Dall ASS. People here are way nicer and the job market rules. Ive lived here for ten years and wouldnt live anywhere else.
Never been robbed and never had to shoot anyone(Ive wanted to)
Girls arent as stuck up and the night life is a blast, Dallas is ok if you have a fat ass wallet and wanna hang with a-holes.
Austin is ok if your 18-25 and the riding is better but other than that I say H-Town anyday.
Just my 2 cents worth.
