I normally chase guys with the cam mounted to my helmet. This time around i mounted the camera to the tail section of my bike.

I think it came out ok If you dont mind seeing were you are going but only were you have been.

You can view the vid here-> http://www.gotcanyons.net/Chasing_Tail.htm

thanks to Double AA and Zabz for letting me film them.

Sorry forgot to put file info
Run time=14.15 Mins
File size= 97.1MB

nice video, I never knew highway 33 actually turned into a cool road. The only part of it I've ever seen is where hwy 58 hits it and you take it into Taft to get gas, and thats just a straight desert road. Maybe one of these days I'll have to head down to Ventura and ride the fun part of it

Good quality camera setup! Not too much wind noise, barely any vibration, and good quality picture.

Running:
420 resolution bullet cam w/ duel high grain mic with mic mounted next to exhuast.
feeding a JVC digital video camera recording on tape. JVC is mounted on the tank.

Mount on tail using standard universal swivel mount w/foam padding between seat cowl and tail as well as foam between mount and tail cowl.

Of course one must drill into tail cowl to tie down the mount.
