If I set my cold pressures to 20 in the rear and forget to put warmers on, the bike is a mess until the tires are warmed up. I can't imagine 17psi off the warmers... just go put Pirellis on :lol
I was wondering if you ever made any suspension changes or if you only made pressure changes. Sounds like a lot of work to me but I suppose you have to do that at your level.
Do any of you guys have any good or bad reviews on the Starlane Stealth GPS 3 Lap Timer With Track Mapping. Workers comp gave me a few extra dollars and was interested in getting a lap time and I kind of like the idea of tracking.
Yup, I have no complaints about mine so far, I like it alot. It wires right to the bike's battery so no need to worry about charging or replacing batteries. No need to worry about bringing your own or if someone else brought a beacon. It can auto-detect where the finish line of a track is which is pretty neat. It records your max speed for each session in addition to all your lap times if that interests you.
I've only once downloaded the data to a USB stick and opened it on the laptop software but it worked good to track speed around the whole track.
Yea I know I'm not fast enough to worry about lap times per say yet. But the tracking feature seemed good to look back and see where I am loosing time in different laps. Everyone said to move away from the beacon timers and go with GPS so I guess after my surgery next week I will be ordering this.
Hey guys and gals, not sure if I am posting in the right section...but I am new to the forum and new to Freehold NJ.. looking for locals. I have a 2003 gixxer 750 and a 2005 ninja ZX10-R. Always been a fan of the "superman". I work on my own bikes/cars.
I dont see him rev matching when he downshifts,is that because of the slipper clutch? It just looks to me like hes keeping the throttle evenly open as hes downshifting. :dunno
