It get's better, al least for those who like to have the original books.
I have bought the hop up kit manual below for only 5 euro's at cmsnl.com, a genuine un-copied book for that much(little!!)
And then, when i was at a local autojumble (if that's the word?? a place where a lot of people bring their old bike parts and books to sell them)
i found a workshop manual covering all the 2nd gen 750 oilcooled gsxr's, including the RK! and all that for only 5 euro's as well!
Motorcycle: 1986 GSX-R750R, 1986 GSX-R1100, 1989 GSX-R750RR, 1997 GSX-R750, 2001 GSX-R1000, 2001 Bandit 1200S, plus a few others.

Re: GSXR750RK rebuild
That's a very good deal! I wonder if they have another one of those hop-up manuals? I'm sure shipping it to the USA would probably cost 5 times what the book costs...
If you (or others) want one, i could order and then send to where it needs to be.
I think they get them from Suzuki.
Obviously i had to pay shipping for it as well, but i combined it with a larger order, as i buy almost all my new suzuki parts there.
Have had to wait about a month for it, so that's why i gues it's a back-order from suzuki
I'd be very interested in getting a copy of that manual for myself. Can you let us know the Suzuki part no. of the manual so I can contact CMSNL about shipping one to me here in the states. Thanks.

Nice, those are almost impossible to find. Would you mind shooting a few detailed photos of the cooler? I'm curious which one that is and if there are any identifying markings on it.

Only three of those spacers are still useable unfortunatly, you wouldn't have a set left over?

Cheers,

here you go, i couldn't find any markings on it...
Got some work done on the rk again, the original RK wiring was actually in rather good condition, so i don't want to cut that one up as i have relocated some parts.
So..bought two wiring looms to cut up and create a new one without too much wiring.
Also a friend of mine supplied me with a rear wheel, if anyone has any idea what make it is?
If fit's excellent, just needs a new color
I really like the look of this wheel as well, the only thing i could find is the size..
I have seen marchesini's that look similar, but still different..
onwards to find a matching dymag front then, although i haven't got a problem if front and rear don't match. There's always the original set..
