Re: Tank Bag
I ended up getting Moto-Tech quick release day pack! I love it, holds my wallet, gloves, sunglasses, camera and keys. It does not touch the tank as it is about 1cm (0.5") off from the tank and I dont find it that it interferes with riding pisition. It is easy to get it on and off and is expandable to add what ever I need for the day. I only ride in my race suit so I don't count on a jacket maybe just a base layer shirt which I can allways put in the trunk but it would actually fit in the bag.

Re: Tank Bag
I wasn't going anywhere with it Chris, was just asking a question.
Proceed with your waist water pouch, not a word will come from me.
However if you start going to Star Trek conventions with a fanny and your favorite magic the gathering cards, we'll need to have a talk.

I don't think I've ever made it through a full episode of the Trek.

Re: Tank Bag
"Magic" is a card game, the one that started all other trading card games in the US. It's actually a waste of your time to be reading these words describing it.
Think of it as in the same genre as Dungeons and Dragons, but with more of an emphasis on continuously throwing away money and none of the imagination. I played D&D, but drew the line short of dressing up for it. Magic is a respectable rifle shot beyond that line.

Re: Tank Bag
Magic the gathering was like the first pokemon / yugioh(sp?) trading card game.
Think of baseball cards back in the day. RIP giant rookie collection I don't know what ever happened to you.

I do know what D&D is, as I was around for its infancy.

Re: Tank Bag
What Apok said. Imagine cockfighting run by children with magic, sentient animals. Animals smart enough to follow verbal instructions. To have feelings. To have their feelings hurt by overhearing conversations about them.
...kind of even more terrible than just a gimmick to sell merchandise.

Re: Tank Bag
Eh....ccmhunt is so badass he doesn't know what some really nerdy things are, I'm enough of a dork to be able to clue him in. Apok also seems familiar with the dark underbelly of gaming.
To re-rail the thread, I present the idea that a nice narrow backpack is more convenient than a tank bag, and doesn't cook your goodies in the parking lot. I vote "other."

I got a baglux tank cover with bag......Don't really use it, since purchasing a Kriega rucksack.
Osh I'd have given you my tankbag had I known you were in need of one....One of the clips is broken though
