Scorpion end can removable baffle, how to?

I have a Scorpion end can on my srad n there is a Allen key bolt to remove baffle I fink but when I un do it nothing comes loose and I'm unsure what to pull on to remove the baffle. I tired pullin on the black sleeve where the bolt goes through nothing budged.
Any help would be much appreciated as I can't hear my own bike when riding with my mate and his bandit 1200 with stubby gp can lol cheers.

Google Scorpion db killer.. you probably need a set of players to grab the db killer to pull it out.

Thanks will have a look after I get my other problems sorted now lol bikes got a electrical issue now.

Easiest is probably to pull the can off the bike and use a broom handle or similar to knock it out from the inside. Gentler than the pliers too.
