Good read on winter and lithium(lightweight) batteries. Reminds me I need to disconnect mine.
It's David Hasselhoff. He can do no wrong.

I have purposely been leaving mine in my bike to put it through a "winter storage" test. So far it has not seen a charger or been run for more than 2 minutes. Still starts the bike every single time no problem. Granted my garage doesn't really get below 45ish degrees. I will bring it to work and charge it properly when the season is getting closer.

Fuck you!
Actually, my dad just ripped up the garage curtain and laid down some fresh cement. I need to finish the door and put up a new door on the other side and half the spots for the cold air to come in will be gone.
Just for you I am gonna put a thermometer in there and post up how warm it is in there over the winter, and also how cool it is in there over the summer.

Maybe you missed the part where I said fuck you? It's r/c truck weather, bitch. Let's bash!

Ahh battery should be good in the garage over the winter then...
Wish I had some money laying around for something like that. I think Arrow makes a midpipe for my setup so I can get rid if that big can under the motor and get different bodywork for like $90...

are you talking on the 600? what do you have right now?
AMA and WSBK have both switched to 17 inch wheels now. It's really only MotoGP and a few other local SBK series that still run them. But I don't think the tire companies are going to be developing their 16.5 rubber much anymore....at least not what they offer to the public.
Now the development will be going towards the 17 inch slicks.
That is a pre silencer. Lots of the slipons systems have that. The yosh does. One of the m4s does.
Think of it like an old school canister just split in two pieces. You need that there. Getting rid of it with make it stupid loud and raspy and probably lose power.
