You're more then welcome to take it for a ride, that may or may not be good for your bank account though

Street/dragstrip/standing mile. I need a bigger trailer to fit all 3 bikes in,Im hoping on going to the standing mile next year with both Busa's and the 1000. I need my 200mph hat/t-shirt or whatever other small trinkets they give you for breaking that magical number. Ive been 200 just not "officially" and I wanna hang that piece of paper on the garage wall

Does have enough fuel on board to carry it for a whole mile?

Of course. On my 1000 running 13psi and on the boost for most of the ride I get roughly 125mi per tank

I think for one GDC track day on thunder we had over 20 guys from here. We
have a nice sized crew that goes to NJMP on a regular. As you know most of
the Bear Mountain crew goes to the crack, I mean track, LOL. I have a challenge for you.............if you do a track day I will do a dragstrip day!!!

That dude is gone for good...and my Busa may not be new but I can assure you it is in much better shape then anything HE owns.

Anyways, some updates: stopped by SAE Outlaw Performance today to drop off a new set of TB's(mine were bored&couldnt be used in this application),the 07 ECU,my lock-up clutch,a new radiator.
I had to order a front sprocket for a CBR 1100XX Blackbird as the Robinson Industries heavy duty output shaft in the engine has a 30mm spline&requires that sprocket to be used.
The engine also has a RPM 1" billet oil pan that has been modified&lowered even more up front for better clearance.
Im on the fence right now about either going with 62lb injectors or just biting the bullet&going for a plenum with secondary injectors installed. I would have to get a Microtech controller for the secondary injectors as well. If I run the 62lb injectors we can get right around 350-375rwhp before we run out of fuel. If I go with the secondary injectors then we can make 425-450rwhp&have much better driveability but it's at least another $2000 vs $400 for the 62lb injectors.

A few pix, more of the same just better quality

That oil filter is resembling home boy's "home boy" license plate bracket.

Meh. You don't need no stinkin' oil. That's just extra weight.

Looking good. I'm upset that your new namesake didn't mention me in his rant. I'll have to work on my ball busting skills. I still can't believe he calls us "oldheads". That's right in there with doodyhead & poopyface as far as insults go.

Very nice, w/ all the time and money going into the bike what is $1600.00 extra? I know it's 1600.00 extra but it may be worth it. Do a pro and con for either set up and see what one has more pros. Just my 2 cents.

Re: My winter project: Turbo Busa Build

Wow beautiful! I love the blue and silver!
Deffinitly like the early 2000 hyabusas.

Can you please describe what it's like to open the throttle on a hyabusa with 240hp ? Hehehe

The fastest thing I've been in or driven is an 02 trans am ws6. Which I love those too.
