PS--New guy here...love the 2011 750...I've sold 2 other bikes because my 2011 simply is the best all-rounder I've ever owned.
Yeah man we were in the B class as well. I saw your bike in the paddock that day. I really do miss new bike and will get one later this year. Nothing like 600 or 750 with fuel injection. I love my old gixxer but the maintenance sometimes going into these bike can run your patience thin. As I found out that day.
Im glad you posted your pictures Marsh you can see that your leaned over pretty good. I was running a 190 Battle axe Bridgestones. 180 will be better suited for the bike. I like it for the street stance. Thanks for all the positive feed back guys. Next time we go hit the track MMarsh and I are going to stay closer in the packs to get more pictures and hopefully some good videos.

I have a couple of newer bikes, and ive done several track days on my Ducati, but im really enjoying my old school tool. The biggest issue with your bike right now is that your still sortng your bike out. Once you get it sorted youll be fine.
Awesome pics guys! Hopefully I can join you next time, my bike is out for paint, some tuning left to do. I have friends that race at Chuck they love the track, can't wait to get out there...

You guys are giving me some much needed motivation to get back in the shop and finish my GSX-R750 track bike. I've ridden Chuckwalla on my old Ducati, but I can't wait to do a track day with the "oilers". Nice bike, Mike! You make us bigger guys on old bikes look good.
Chuckwalla is hands down my favorite track. i am pretty fast there. the guy on the r6 with the orange wheels is a friend too. Next time you guys run that place hit me up in a pm. i can show you some tricks to that place. and would deff be down to ride, its only 2.5 hrs from me.....be there in a heartbeat. God i love that place, dont be afraid to use the curbing going into T2
thanks for posting the fotos! it is good to see these bikes on the track.
chuckwalla is too far from me, so i would like to suggest an oiler trackday in buttonwillow, sometime in 2013.
i agree; the biggest hurdle is proper set-up. it will be a constant, but rewarding experience. you will learn much about handling and what works for you.
