As of yesterday my bike keeps blowin the main fuse 4 times so far... the one on the left under the fairing and seat. I've been putting 25s in it(should I go higher?). Oddly its only been happening when I'm in neutral and backing into a parking spot or out of the garage. As far as I can tell my wiring is good. I redid most all of it a couple months ago and had no issues till now. Also the battery is only about 3 months old.

Im wondering if its possible my stator might be surging? CCI gone nuts? Or possibly the one step hotter spark plugs causing it?

The only recent change with the electrical junk is I replaced the turn signal/high beams switch assembly. Id doubt that would be the cause.

sounds like a dead short somewhere in the harness..

When it happened to me, it was a naked wire touching the frame!

Time to chase wires agin I suppose. If I can't isolate the issue I'll be looking to buy a full wiring harness + CDI box or ECC/EEC I forget what its called for a 2000 srad 600 model Y.
