I have a K3 1000 and just had some K5 Camz Installed At 105/105 and while I never got it on the dyno Cause I was riding my just bought K5 , I would Say There's More Power Sooner Which Is AweSome How Much Power Is Up To The Total SetUp I did a driveline change to so it pretty noticeable With the Light 520 running gear RollOn Power IS STOUT

Bump, I want to know the answer to this as well for my 04 600 race bike. And what year 750 / 1000 cams work. I am finding vague information everywhere

You can run a 9.5 and even 10mm intake side of a 04/05 600 safely (with hc pistons).
You would just need 01-03 steel 750 valve springs with the titanium stock valves in the 04/05 600/750.

I went with the 04 1000 Yoshimura cam set for the 05 6

I see a lot about putting the stock 600 intake cam on the exhaust side and a stock 750 or 1000 on the intake side.
However, I believe you need adjustable cam sprockets when placing an intake cam on the exhaust side. So, for the sake of simplicity I would just do a set of in/ex 1000 cams. The stock exhaust cam is 8mm on the 1000 and the stock intake of the 600 is 8.4mm but you do not need to get pressed on cam sprockets.
