But seriously, what else is there to go by on partial public roads ( by partial, country roads / roads with next to zero traffic and no intersections, blind turns or driveways nearby )?

I don't take them at the maximum speed because I have to account for the possibility of traffic or ya know, just not being a TOTAL jackass out there.
