the issue that i'm having has to be the sender. The low fuel gauge light was always on and the gauges flashed "low fuel" After hitting that bump i'm guessing it unstuck the sender But either way its been working flawlessly since saturday
I haven't let it go over 200 miles per tank so not sure what kind of mileage i can get yet. Now that its working i'll reset it at next fill up and try to get a more "accurate" count.

I don't track miles on bike for gas... I have a fuel gauge. I use my two trip odometers for 1) chain miles ( reset when I clean chain ) and 2) oil miles.

Your gas gauge
I use mine for mileage and chain miles. The manual works for oil miles

Eh the fuel gauge on the Busa is kinda crap anyways. It registers at FULL until you reach like half a tank, then it goes from the top to the bottom fairly quickly.
That sounds like some redneck stuff right there. Luke would be proud of you.
My friends Chevy HD had the same full guage problem. One day he went down the ditch too fast and it startd working again. Till he hit something else too fast.. Then it stopped again

It's odd.
Thats how my Malibu is. It stays at 3/4 tank for about 3/4 of the tank, then within like one trip it will plummet to under a 1/4 tank
