Just dont kid yourself about the Salad.
A salad with two ladels full of ranch is not healthy.
.
I see that shit ALL the time. Just a few weeks ago I was at Pizza hut (dont judge, it is the off season and I am going back strict right now
), and a lady came in with her family. She was... lets say... rotund
. They all ordered wings/pizza, and she proclaimed "I am getting the salad bar. Im on a diet".
And she put THREE scoops of ranch on her salad. Not only that, but tons of cheese, ham, and over filled the plate. A serving of ranch is two tablespoons. What she had was likely about 3000 Kcal of ranch. No shit.
. In addition to everything else, and what she already had that day.
.

When was the last time he did an ENTIRE track day?
Some days he had some legit reasons to leave, but that was once, maybe twice. Besides that, I don't think he did an entire day at all this year.
I am by no means a measure of fitness, but you, Bear and Byron were in rough shape. I am not talking weight alone.
I am still shocked about how bad Kaz and Jay were getting beat up during those few really HOT days we did last year.
I plan on getting in better shape than I was in last year as well. Hopefully all of us can pull it off and get in better shape.

I don't really use a lot of dressing, it burns my mouth if its more than just a dashing.

Im in better shape than Bob and Rich. I could ride all day if it werent for my ankle. I never come from riding because Im tired or sore, but because I cant feel my foot anymore. I move around all day at work.

Similar, but I HATE coaching in the cold. YOu saying that just reminded me about it.
One thing I learned a long time ago coaching is "your" fastest pace is just as intense as the next dude who is faster, and is just as intense as the dudes who are slower than you too. Doesnt matter if it is ten seconds apart, they are just as "scared" at their fastest as "you" are at your fastest.
But... when I am coaching, they are scared, and tense and running hard, and in turn they are warm. Me? Im fucking FREEZING running off my pace like that, because I am not working up my heart rate and shit.
Riding in cold? Doesnt suck that bad.
Coaching in cold sucks BAD!!!!!

Every time I read about you flexing, your diet, and your abs, and think about your old avatar you used to have, I picture a cross between Raj from "Van Wilder" and "The situation"
Sorry

Someone posted this in another thread......its the only place I've seen that will grind motorcycle rotors. I guess if they still have enough thickness
