interesting that you made a bracket for the low beam. guess you will have a lot more clearance inside the headlight, but how does this affect the rear.
yeah I have the mini gatling shroud on the upper Mini, and it wasn`t going to fit, the head light lens wasn`t going back on , so I had to move it back more, there is just enough clearance for my bracket inside the housing, the first below is just my crappy headlight housing it has to broken tabs, I used it to mock everything up, I still need to pull off my good headlight off my bike and use that one.
could you measure the height/depth of the brackets?

thanks yeah I will get you the dims. in about 30 mins, yeah I bought a set of AC ballasts from a guy on ebay from here in michigan, they, are even smaller than DDM tuning ballast, I have a harness relay from the same guy that I will wire to the battery and has a heavy duty relay that powers both small ballast I will post up the size difference between the 2 and I should no problem running the 2 ballast
I have a light housing from my wreck that someone could easily use the parts for and do this mod ..its from my 08-600 if someone wants to make me an offer. I just want it gone
the upper bracket is .500" step back with .250" of washer between the bracket and the headlight bracket. the lower bracket is 1.875" step back. below is the ballast comparison, these I think are small enough I think I found a perfect spot for them on both sides of the bike . I will find out this weekend
Hi folks. Currently I am trying to fit a bi xeon to my k6 750. I have the mori moto bi xeon projector from the retro for source. I am a little stuck trying to mount the projector to the existing reflectors. I have started dremeling the refloctor so the projector can sink in a little. Does any body have a good bit of knowledge on how to fit them that could give me some help. Do you need to cut the bottom of the reflector so the Solonoid on the new projector fits in??. Very stuck. Hope some 1 can help, thanks folks
