You should post this under "General bike talk" or under "GSX-R 1000" forums. There is a subforum for K7 1000's under GSX-R 1000. Nobody will see it here. I for sure would not rev it or run it anymore, sounds like a crapped valve possibly. This part of the forum is for Pro Racing news.
Doesn't sound like a CCT failure (much noisier).... Sounds like a valve or an exhaust leak.. Check for an exhaust leak first.. If that isn't it, get to taking it apart as I have a feeling it is a valve tapping.
Thread may have been deleted....The other one said "Tell me what this noise is here is the vid" with the link to his vid.....That was when I responded the first time saying it might be the CCT.

I just watched it again, it definitely sounds like CCT failure to me, but we will see....I really want to know now.
Dude thats a valve hitting the top of one of the pistons or two. Don't run it anymore you'll make things worse. The valve job is one thing but having to replace a piston head is another
What Blazen said. Spooling it up while it's not healthy can take it from a moderately hard fix to a hard one- one that involves Plastigauge.
Don't run a hurt engine, describe it with words instead of filming it. The extra time it may take to diagnose the problem could save you hundreds of dollars and hours of knuckle scraping. Imagine it as if it were a living thing- if it has a limp, why would you make it do sprints?
I'm suggesting a spat valve shim or a broken valve spring also. Some of the other suggestions are possible here too. Send it to a shop and have them do a compression test on the motor and some inspection of the CCT and the top end....and stop running it; cuz idiots do that.
