Wasn't me so I don't know. But there is a difference in a clear joke account and a troll account too.

Leskid IMO was destined to go that way anyway. He and a few others like to line step.

For the most part it is a nono. But a clear joking account would probably slide, as apposed to one that is created to get around a ban, or to troll, or to trick people etc.

So it does depend on the situation. Person does not matter. Most people would not believe it, but I dont treat anyone any different. If one of my best friends here did it, I would even ban them for it.
