No, not a CPA. Someone else on here but I don't recall who. Finance degree is what I'm finishing up next week. Assuming I don't blow a final all to hell for some dumbass reason. This will be my first degree.
--Wag--
I messed up my final project something serious.. The instructor let me correct it.. I swear..if I make worse than a B and have to retake this class next semester I don't know if I will go through with it. Especially because I simply overlooked an important detail on a 40+ page research paper (which took me an extremely long time).. I worked my butt off yesterday correcting it.. This class is the only thing in way of my MBA.
At the dmv they always ask what you paid for the vehicle and if its a gift what its worth. I wonder if anyone ever tells the truth like me. For example I paid $1500 for my 05 Silverado hell of a deal IMO.

At least it wasn't a group assignment for a final. My wife had a group presentation today and one of her group mates only did about half of what she was assigned. Luckily they do assessments on their group mates so the teacher will know the third girl didn't do her job.

Out here you have to write the sale price on the back of the title when you sign it over. Every vehicle I've ever bought or sold, we just leave the price blank. Let me tell you. I have got some awesome deals over the years. $5 dollars for my 66 pontiac bonneville, now that was a steal.

here too. The seller normally doesn't give a shit what amount you put. The guy that sold me the truck was the one that wrote 1500.
I'm trying to figure out what's easier to load up my wife's dirt bike aka my pit bike and drive to my dads. Or go to his house and pick up the pressure washer lol.
You write in your price here on the title as well.. But now..if a vehicle is under a certain % of retail value you have to get the other party to fill out a form.. At least that is how it was.. I swear it changes every time I get a different vehicle..
some guy is coming to look at the drop hitch that i'm selling. He called me this morning and I told him that i had it with me but i forgot to tell him that i had a dmv appointment. He was supposed to meet me at work so i told him if he wanted he could meet me at the dmv. He said ok that works, which dmv are you at. I said Compton and he says no its fine i'll just wait until you get to work I started cracking up and he had like a nervous laugh lol. He's on his way to my job now lol.

Yeah, ran into this not long ago. Bought another el cheapo car and I wrote $1. They made me get a form. I came back a few days later and wrote in $1000 because I didn't wanna bug the dude who we bought the car from.
