If the suit has a back pad remove it. Speed hump leave it alone.
Chest and back protector go on separate. Not in the suit liner or anything.

The chest and back protector go on the outside of your t-shirt (if wearing a t-shirt). The speedhump, jacket, etc.. all go in the closet.. Only wear gloves if they are really thin and don't cover your wrists.. Sandals have the least amount of wind resistance and offer adequate protection; try to avoid flip-flops as they are easy to lose.
