Haha. no I have to get parent consent to do that...
Why would you need parental consent to look like a female to male transsexual?

Sounded like you were slipping big blue in your ass after you fell. Were you actually crying, or did it just sound that way? I'm just glad you didn't take anyone else out with you, you big baby.
Again, I can't revoke so here you go, pass it on.
OP, this will help but you may need more than one pack
He screamed like he was getting raped or something.. Overly dramatic but comical. Cobra I thought the same thing.. "Who the hell is he crying for help to? The deer?"
I don't mean to take anything away from the effeminate, limey douche-nozzle's contribution but the OP actually put the original video back online, as coopgt1 pointed-out in the post right before Cainyboys.
Le froggy, I put the video back up in case he starts crying again and removes it.
Why do y'all have problems with the rebuild? You'd rather just give up and get a new bike. Well bike has been amazing and I don't want to see it get parted out.
Frame
Forks
Brake rotors
1 clip on w/clutch assembly
Radiator and oil cooler
Subframe cage
That's all I need to get back up and running. "That's all" lol.
Then I'll get a new gas tank cowl and bracket then the tank is good.
In time will come; all plastics, signals, stay bracket, gauge (the gauge cluster was detached and I put it by the swing arm while transporting it).
Plus I wouldn't mind having a project with a great prize at the end.
I'm sure there are people who would do what I'm doing.

Sell what's left and buy yourself a SV650 and learn how to ride. Getting back on a 1000 (with the way you ride) is just asking to be buried in a box ASAP.

Odd...I thought this thread was gone...
But anyway, you have to replace what is pretty much the whole bike, bar the engine, etc.
Thats why someone said to find a same model bike with a blown engine, and just swap your good engine over. It's basically what you will end up with, but will be cheaper and possibly easier to deal with registration, etc.

It doesn't leave much of the old bike there...
Smart thing would be what nj said above...but then you wont be able to shit past 18 cars and bikes in one overtaking swoop...

Still have to make sure the engine actually works too right? I mean you did throw it off an embankment and I'm assuming you didn't try to start it up again yet right? Might be dealing with a rickety motor at this point too, that thing did have some nice hang time.
Love the shit in the video saying you were 'up in seconds' spidermaning up a cliff, it sounds like you were crying and shit you big girl.
Bin the bike and get another one, you can't rebuild that, it's beyond fucked.
Edit:
Just came across this video of you describing the crash
What a failure, where the fuck in the crash video did the bike shake you side to side violently?? Don't try and blame the bike, it was simply your bad riding and inappropriate speed for the roads that caused you to crash, the bike could EASILY have made that corner.
+10000...passing on the wrong side of the road and he blew by that one bike in the same lane....yea....your fault....good luck on the rebuild though....you will need it..
$3500 for a rebuild. @SLP I have not started it yet. My clutch line snapped and idk how Imma check the engine. I guess I'll get a new clutch assembly and see if she starts up. The front end took all the weight. Only minor scratches on the left cover. Do you have any suggestions for me?

I'm guessing you are doing all this because you don't have insurance coverage to pay for the wreck right, just liability?
I've never seen someone cost effectively end up piecing a bike back together around a motor. You think you have an accurate tally of what the parts will cost but like ANYONE on here can tell you, and since as you said this is your first time undertaking anything like this, you will find all sorts of other costs that start popping up here and there for stuff you did not realize needed replacing or just stuff that is needed to get it back to full working order.
.......again, this is assuming your engine is still fully functional. You're truly are just making this a very rough job for yourself to be honest.

Lol yeah! You're a mind reader. What sucks is I was planning on getting full coverage too. But im looking at the bike and the only damaged parts are the ones I listed. There are still many many still good parts. Would you like pictures of certain parts? I can provide if so.
