Saw this while driving around today in the wife's car. Was caught behind one holding up traffic with two geriatrics riding it, then this dude swoops in all excited to see another one on the road... beeping his little horn and everything.
The windshield got me the most though, it's taller than the rider!

Piaggio MP3 maxi scooter with huge aftemarket windshield. Actually pretty neat to ride as one of our guys gets to ride them as an official when they have the Triathalon near here.
They have a 250, 400 and a Mad Max motif 500cc as well

I've seen them in a few different dealers, never saw one on the road or saw one with the 5 foot windscreen. They have been out about 5 years, I think very few have been sold. That screen is freaking HUGE!! It's only a little smaller than the Mummy J-Force screen.

The grip in the wet with those Piaggios is crazy good apparently. Plus, you can lock it so it stays upright. Took a journo a little bit to get used to, but then just as he stopped at an intersection, he could flick the lock on, no feet down
I'd take one over my "conventional" scooter for commuting
Plus that style of 3 wheeler makes so much more sense than a Can-Am, to me that is...

Those things look pretty sick actually. I wouldnt care what other people think about my rides. I bought my bike for myself, not for the people around me.
