I get better prices than the black friday/ cyber monday stuff . So no. .
Bike is loaded in the back of the truck right now going to get the chassis measured though tomorrow. That and take some engine parts to my engine builder to get a new motor put together.
I later added a brace from the horizontal parts, to the angled up parts. It worked awesome, and is much easier to fix in a crash. Easier to bend back in a light crash and easier to replace in a big one.
I was thinking about it. I am gonna see how good the stuff welds. If it welds good, which I am sure it wont, I will figure out what I am gonna do. I was thinking about making one out of like a 5/16" round rod.
UPS dicked me twice in 1 f'ing week. My shit that was supposed to deliver on Wed didn't get here until yesterday, and my shit that was supposed to get here today is not being delivered until Monday.
There are lots of ones made from like 3/8" alum tubing. But since I dont have the shit to weld alum at the house other than stick (garbage) I used flat plate and rivets

I was thinking about doing something "T" shaped. the top would have the 2 bolt holes for the tail and then just bolt to the lower subframe. I would still need a place to mount the PC3 and the TOS.
But if I can weld the OE subframe easily it will be a LOT faster to just bend it back into shape and weld it than to make a new one.
I still have not decided what I am gonna do yet.
I would like to do steel because it bends back into shape easily, without risk of breaking. But I also need it to be strong enough to hold the bike up while putting it on the stand, I hold it up by the tail.

There is a company that makes one like you said. one beam up the middle of rod or tube, and a cross piece to bolt to. I forget who though.
I got an Alien Motion battery. Then in the leftover space I stuffed everything else (PCV, Bazzaz, Starter relay and other crap back there. Then I zip tied the TOS to the front of the battery box. I cut off the whole back half of the battery tray. Nothing is back there anymore.

I have a 4 cel Ballistic. I am gonna look into doing it like that. I have a speedo healer which I might just take out, unless I keep it for the top speed recall.
Yeah, mine is a 4 cell alien motion. You can get most if it in the battery box with it, if you dont use the foam filler thing. Then zip tie the toss to the front of the box (I cut a slot through the box and put it under the little tab that shows positive and negative on it). Most all of it will fit in there. If not there is still a little room where the starter relay is and you can leave that there.

Just get a Starlane GPS timer like I have. It tells you your top speed of each session. And it's actually accurate to +/- 1mph. Not to mention you can shitcan the stupid beacon

So, I wrote this thing to import all the TPM dates into the trackday calendar ... like 6 months ago.
So, I checked out TPM's site, and they have a ton of 2013 dates, so I jumped into my import tool and BAM it found them all and plopped them into the database. I had to add a few tracks, but it took me 5 mins with figuring out how they labelled the new tracks and getting the import done.
