I wasn't sure that i was going to make it to work today. damn gas needle in the camaro was damn low I was nervous as hell lol. There is a gas station right by work but i drove past it and just came to work. I'll pump fuel after.
On the plus side its not bad on fuel. I pumped 25 bucks on sunday just to see if i would make it to work all week and i did. Including a few trips here and there around town. Work is roughly 34 miles round trip.
hmmm wonder if i can trade this POS in at the dealer. I'm waiting on a call back from a dealer on an 03 silverado HD. I'll ask them while i have them on the phone.
I'm going to laugh when you go to start it up and it doesn't start.
Ha. That's happened to me. Drove home one day and didn't want to stop at the gas station. I figured I would just get gas before going to school. I was so low the car didn't start.

At least it has a functional gas gauge.
My '99 Blazer ( daughter uses it ) has a floating needle. I've had the fuel pump replaced and it still didn't fix it.
And before anyone tells me "Duh, that's not where it is.". I'm not a mechanic. My friend merely told me when I was getting it fixed ( fuel pump did actually go out ), it should fix the broken gauge too.
Mine was doing that and I got the whole sender inside the tank, pump, pickup, level sensor and float, everything. It is updated now for ethanol fuels I have heard. Gas gauge works flawlessly. Had to use a new supplied electrical connector on the truck's harness that came with the kit.

you should actually fuel up in the mornings to get better volume due to the cooler temps
