Since you live in OH and it IS legal in Ohio to ride with an underglow on (as long as the lights themselves are not seen...just the glow) I'd go for a bright color if you want to be seen at night. I wish MI was legal, I've had so many idiots pull out in front of me at night when I'm leaving work....doesn't help that I work near a major college and most of the ppl that have pulled out were on their cell phones
I think white leds are fine. Plus, if it helps with being seen at night I'm totally down. In ga, its technically illegal as its caught under the catch all of "driver distractions" rule.
tryin to see what the best led lights u guys think on the internet. i dont want crazy expensive tho i jus mean good lights for a good price lol possible ebay sellers i kno some people have had great experiences with some of those. also help with color choice i was thinkin either purple or red what u guys think?

LEDs do not make anyone less of a rider......If its not your preference, don't buy them.... But it IS kinda gay and ignorant to put effort into bashing those that choose to use them (kinda like prissy high school girls gossiping in the bathroom......yea, kinda gay).
You've been given plenty of sources from those who have experience in the subject.....ignore the trolls who came in here just to put their "i think I'm better than you" statement in....Flyride.com is a bit on the pricy side, but they specialize in all lighting....I have some mold crafted Audi style headlights on the way home from them as we speak...Next up will in fact be underglow for stationary purposes.... My bike is meant to be ridden AND shown. No reason to hate on it...
Personally I am neithor for or against led lights. To each thier own, however those blinking and ones that travel like christmas tree lights reminds me of this guy that jogs in my neighborhood at like 5am with a blinking light on the top of his head attached by a chinstrap.
