replace clutch cover HELP!!

Recently I laid down my 2011 gsxr 1000 and scratched up the clutch cover on the right hand side of the bike. I ordered in a new cover and gaskets and everything and switched out all the parts. When I cranked the bike it had a loud rattle/tick to it. Called the dealership and the service department said to recheck that everything was seated properly. I did that and restarted the bike and the noise continued. I left the bike on for a minute to try and listen for exactly where it was coming from and to see if maybe it needed a minute to re-lubricate everything after draining out all the oil. It ran for a minute then sputtered and cut off and now it won't restart. I need help.

Maybe u dropped an alignment pin in the sump? Remove and check your covers pins?

stupid question....did you refill with oil?

Yes I refilled with oil and both dowel pins are present and accounted for.
