We waited until we were 100% sure we weren't going to move... luckily we did because they annexed the part where we considered moving. Now we're in a suburban town that is awesome.

We waited until we were 100% sure we weren't going to move... luckily we did because they annexed the part where we considered moving. Now we're in a suburban town that is awesome.

That's why i bought a larger house than what I needed. But with that said I would like to move in a few years. I'd keep my house and rent it out. Rent will easily cover the mortgage.

Haven't had any problems where I'm at but I want a larger newer house and a pool I will also need rv access. Unless i put it in storage. But the thing that i hate about newer houses is that the garage is usually attached so you only have that garage and 2 spots in front of it. I love cars too much to only have 2 vehicles (wife and I)
